American Indian Cultural and Economic Corridor
Community Design Concepts

Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN

The following corridor concepts were developed through a series of facilitated community design workshops in the American Indian community. Below are the intial design concepts developed to help visually articulate and bring to life the "out of the box" ideas shared and developed by American Indian community members.

The American Indian Cultural and Economic Corridor, as defined in this process, starts at the intersection of Cedar and Franklin Avenue(next to light rail station/AIOIC )and proceeds west, down Franklin Avenue to 11th Street, approximately a half-mile.
